Specifics on Lost Valley Trail
The trail is around 2.2 miles roundtrip. The trail starts off easy with a flat path for the first 1/2 mile. After that, there are sharp inclines and rock stairs to ascend and descend. Overall, it will take approximately 2 hours of your time, unless you explore some of the caves.
Lost Valley Trail features two caves and one waterfall. Regardless of the time of year you visit, the waterfall will be flowing. However, after major rainfall is usually the best time to visit.
